1/2 c Flour

1 ts Baking powder

1/8 ts Salt

1/4 c Sugar

1/2 ts Cinnamon

1 c Apples; diced

1 Egg; slightly beaten

1/2 c Pecans; chopped

Whipped cream; optional

powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon; add egg, apples and nuts. Pour batter into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with dollop of whipped cream if desired. Source: Favorite Apple Recipes. -----
