32ozwhole tomatoes
1eachchicken broth can
2cupwater
1cupwhite wine
1 1/2cuponions, chopped
4eachcarrots, sliced
3eachcelery stalks, sliced
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpepper
2teaspoonpaprika
2teaspoonparsley
2cupham, diced
1pounddried beans, assorted

Directions:

Soak beans overnight, drain, rinse and drain again OR cover beans with 6-8 cups water and covering with vented saran wrap - cook in microwave 10 minutes - let sit on counter 1 hour).

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 3-4 hours on high or all day on low. Simple and simply delicious! The flavor is enhanced by allowing the soup to sit refrigerated for 1-2 days.
