Ingredients And Procedures

3 cups roughly chopped tomatoes

1 bunch sliced green onions -- (or more)

1/3 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar -- (or rice vinegar)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
